Debbie Isaacs is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer and health coach.  She is also a certified Pilates mat and reformer instructor through Balanced Body University.  An avid exercise enthusiast, health-conscious cook and observer of the body and how it moves, she incorporates her passion in all aspects of her training.  Check out her client's testimonials on the About Us page!
